Leading the Corporate Learning and Development team, you will leverage your proven experience to develop and implement corporate learning programs that support business and integrated talent management strategies. You will play a key role in driving leadership capability development at all levels of leaders in the LCBO. Above all, your aim will be to build, facilitate and support a culture of development to help elevate LCBO's leadership talent pipeline.
If you have the following profile, we’d like to hear from you:
Expert knowledge and proven experience in consulting processes, leadership and organizational development theories, as well as adult learning techniques and methodologies usually acquired through a combination of related post-secondary education and/or experience.
Demonstrated experience and successful track record in developing/delivering effective and customer-centric leadership development programs that deliver results.
Demonstrated experience in leading high performing Learning and Development teams.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication, group facilitation and presentation skills. Excellent consulting and collaboration skills.
General knowledge of legislative acts that affect human resources management and employees in the workplace.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence.
