Full Time 40 hours Grade 056 University HR at Med Ctr Responsibilities Summary: Responsible for the technical, architectural and service delivery of all aspects of the comprehensive talent management system, Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD). This includes system optimization support for organizational development, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, succession planning, employee development and performance management. The System Optimization Administrator will work closely with the Senior Director, Learning & Development on establishing and implementing a strategy for the use of CSOD within the organization to attract, hire, on-board, develop and retain employees, ultimately enabling them to reach their full potential and achieve their career goals. This individual will work closely with the rest of the Talent Management System team to provide consultation and ensure that learning and development initiatives are aligned with the organizationâ??s strategic goals. Responsibilities: Under general direction and with considerable latitude for the exercise of independent judgment and initiative: Provides information systems analysis and area expertise required to support the implementation of enterprise wide information systems and new business initiatives. Conducts feasibility studies, prepares analyses and presents recommendations. Provides direction and supervision for assigned areas of responsibility, including internal and external resources required to insure successful project completion. Allocates and assigns personnel and technical resources to meet departmental and University needs. Formulates and prepares project plans with activities, dependencies, dates and timeframes, resource requirements, milestones and deliverables. Monitors progress of project activities and insure all critical implementation criteria are met and provide status reports to University steering committees. Coordinates the processes and resources required to develop, implement and maintain projects and plans. Coordinates functions and activities related to information systems technologies with other departments and external sources. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge in area of expertise and integrates this knowledge with the Universityâ??s strategic plans. Attends training and educational activities to maintain expertise in rapidly changing environment and utilizes this information to assure effective and efficient technology decisions. Coordinates information system activities and implements comprehensive project plans to meet the information needs and information integration strategies necessary to support the Universityâ??s initiatives. Directs and guides the activities of assigned staff, including recruitment, staffing decisions, performance evaluations and other personnel actions. Identifies new technologies, methodologies, and applications to resolve issues and meet growing demands for information integration and technology. Participates on University committees. Directs, designs, coordinates and oversees institution wide strategy for information initiative and efficient cost effective deployment of information systems. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences or equivalent; 4-5 years management level experience in a financial services setting including automated systems; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
