St. Louis College of Pharmacy is seeking qualified applicants for an adjunct instructor position to facilitate and lead small group sessions of health professional students for the Interprofessional Team Seminar (IPTS) course at Saint Louis University (SLU) School of Medicine. Six sessions throughout the academic year (3 in fall and 3 in spring) will be facilitated on the SLU medical campus throughout the academic year. Selected candidates will be asked to facilitate/lead sessions for the entire academic year (both semesters).
You’ll have the opportunity to:
Provide dynamic and effective teaching within a small group discussion of Therapeutics for students in the 4th or 5th year (2nd or 3rd year in the professional program).
Demonstrate commitment to the profession, student-centered learning, and service to society.
Education and Requirements: Qualified candidates will possess a B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree, with evidence of skills related to the contemporary practice of pharmacy. Previous teaching experience is highly desirable.
