Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Learning & Development, you will design, develop and deliver learning, performance and talent management programs and initiatives to support business strategies and drive organizational improvement. Your initial focus as a Learning Consultant will be on leading LCBO’s New Manager Development programs. You will liaise with the vendor, partner with internal clients at all levels of the organization, manage the project plan, facilitate key components of the program, design or refine program deliverables, lead the program evaluation, and drive continuous program improvements to build new manager capabilities. This is a role for a team player like you, someone that is agile, flexible, results-driven, and a trusted partner.
If you have the following winning profile, we want to hear from you:
Extensive knowledge and experience in need analysis, instructional design and development, adult learning principles, and program evaluation.
Proven success in leading management and leadership development programs that elevate the leadership talent in the organization.
Effective consulting, facilitation, relationship-building, communication (verbal and written) and project management skills.
Credible presence working with senior leaders.
Ability to meet tight deadlines with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong computer skills using MS Office with competency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Education in Adult Training & Development, Leadership and/or Organizational Development, an asset.
Flexibility to travel on occasion.
