The HR & Talent team is looking to recruit two Learning & Development (L&D) Business Partners - with one focusing on Corporate Learning and other on Safety Officer Development. The L&D Business Partners will provide leadership and expertise in identifying, designing, implementing and evaluating internal learning and development initiatives to enhance employee capability and skill diversity at every level within the organization.
As an L&D Business Partner, you will bring strong experience in curriculum and instructional design for adult learners as well as experience in developing and implementing key initiatives. As part of our team , you will build innovative learning experiences and will enjoy experimenting new strategies and techniques. Together, we will learn, and together, we will build our talent.
Technical Safety BC is an independent, self-funded organization mandated to oversee the safe installation and operation of technical systems and equipment across the province. In addition to issuing permits, licences and certificates, we work with industry to reduce safety risks through assessment, education and outreach, enforcement, and research.
