Join us and help people live healthier lives while doing your life's best work.(sm) Primary Responsibilities:Curate progressive, adaptable, and agile on - boarding program initiatives to meet defined objectives, maximize performance and achieve strategic and operational goals Collaborate with appropriate domestic and global stakeholders to identify business needs, performance expectations, and curate a repeatable program Responsible for developing and managing strategies and course materials from the fields of instructional design, educational technology, and human performance improvement to design experiences that lead to learner success with an emphasis on interactive and multimedia driven components Incorporate the global team executing the work into training strategy. Need to account for variations in culture, learning preferences, logistics, etc. Develop project plans for design / development of identified solutions Effectively select and apply appropriate training mediums/methods (i.e. self - study, virtual, live, instructor led, and / or recorded online courses) to improve skill development, taking into consideration distance learning and learning styles Focus on simulation and "hands on" learning Responsible for overseeing training events / communications, invitations, schedules, materials, collecting feedback, and analyzing results of training initiatives Develop approach to evaluate achievement of learning objectives Engage with new Service Advisors post - training to obtain feedback Measure effectiveness and make appropriate adjustments to training deliverables
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in communications, instructional design, organizational development, training development or related field and 5 + years of experience with adult learning course development, delivery, creating simulation activities and assessment 2+ years experience multi - media presentation delivery and other related technologies. Strong aptitude for creative use of those resources Prior experience creating a global learning strategy Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, training software programs and training documentation tools & techniques Preferred Qualifications:Master's Degree in Adult Learning or Organizational Development Experience with Story Line, Captivate, Articulate or similar learning tools Experience with Innovative Approach to Curating Learning Facilitation experienceUnitedHealth Group is working to create the health care system of tomorrow.
