The Lead Challenge Course Facilitator is responsible for conducting programs at St. Paul’s School’s challenge course in keeping with program policies and industry standards. The Lead Facilitator will use the course to provide an opportunity for groups to recognize and safely reach their potential. This will include promoting self-confidence, positive group dynamics, and the expansion of their problem solving abilities.
Essential Job Functions
Lead a variety of teambuilding and recreational programs for groups of 10-25
Take Lead in facilitating all high ropes groups
Communicates with coaches/teachers prior to and during programming regarding group needs and goals
Responsible for the completion of daily paperwork, documenting operations and incidents
Lead in-house trainings & refreshers for Low Ropes, group debrief techniques, high ropes, etc.
Prepare course for use and take down. Properly store equipment at end of each session.
Promotes constructive discussion processing the participants’ experiences in order to integrate what has been learned.
