Manage projects to design, develop, implement and evaluate corporate-wide employee learning.
What you’ll do:
consult with leaders, content owners and subject matter experts to define and create learning requirements
analyze and assess needs, delivery methods, timelines and associated strategies (change management, communications, etc.)
help colleagues and internal partners understand the methodologies, concepts, practices and procedures of organizational development and learning design
What we’re looking for:
strong consulting, organizational development and project management skills
the ability to connect and build relationships at all levels of the organization
an organized multi-tasker who pays attention to detail
What you’ll need:
a degree in education, human resources or business administration and a minimum of three to five years of related experience
a solid understanding of adult learning principles, learning methodologies and instructional design principles, along with related delivery vehicles
