The Organizational Development Advisor designs, implements and contributes to the ongoing improvement of programs and tools that facilitate talent management and organizational development. He/she focuses on the development of human resources programs (i.e. employee engagement survey), leadership development, talent development, skills development and performance management.
University degree from a recognized institution in Human Resources Management or related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Human Resources Management professional;
Experience in designing talent management and organizational development programs;
Experience contributing to the development of training strategies and tools;
Experience in providing advice and recommendations to senior management.
Experience facilitating training sessions and/or discussion groups;
Member of the CRHA or HRPA.
