Branch Team Trainers deliver face-to-face and virtual training to Financial Advisors, Branch Office Administrators and Branch Teams. The Branch Team Trainer provides training to our Branch Teams utilizing our firm's established practices to build long lasting relationships with their clients and developing the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to be successful at various stages of their career.
Train, develop, and lead Branch Teams to create and serve clients according to the Edward Jones philosophy of the ideal client experience
Work with Branch Teams to develop and apply strategies to grow their current business and increase the breadth and depth of clients served
Collaborate with the department, division and the firm to support the overall branch team
Develop self and the team to increase contribution to the firm's objectives
Achieve objective results by leveraging SMART strategies
Canadian Securities Course, preferred prior or obtained within the first 4 months of hire with dedicated study time, calendar, and materials will be provided
Min. 1-3 years training or relevant experience (3+ strongly preferred)
A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred
Training/Adult Learning experience and/or a sales background is highly desirable
1-2 Years Leadership, Mentoring Experience
Strong communication, facilitation and organizational skills
Knowledge of the financial industry is a plus
Occasional travel could be required not to exceed 25% of the time
