As the Organizational Development Consultant, you will collaborate with an intra-departmental team to develop comprehensive value-added client solutions. You will facilitate and manage the research, planning, development, implementation and evaluation of select small and larger-scale organizational development activities and initiatives.
Contribute to the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of the annual organizational development plans.
Manage and facilitate the development and delivery of corporate programs, such as leadership development, performance development and team development.
Develop and maintain a network of working relationships with internal clients, stakeholders and colleagues in other departments and professional associations to stay current on best practices and emerging trends.
Maintain and improve organizational development products, services and systems by researching, evaluating, implementing and monitoring improvement strategies impacting leadership development.
Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of a methodology for measuring the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives.
Undergraduate degree in business administration, commerce (human resources), education and/or social sciences.
Adult education certificate/courses or human resources/organizational development certificate/courses.
Minimum five years related experience in:
Providing consulting services to management in a business environment, including leadership program development, talent management, performance management, succession planning, mentoring and 360 degree feedback within competency- based systems.
Assessing and customizing training needs and delivering training using a blended-learning approach.
Demonstrated ability to design, develop, deliver and evaluate training aligned with adult education principles.
Effectively manage multiple projects involving various client departments.
Communicate complex issues effectively both orally and in writing.
