Instructors will assist in the facilitation and delivery of Workforce Solutions Group classroom training developed for client employees. Client visits may be required before the training to gain a comfort level with the company and the company to gain a comfort level with you. For the instructor each program has a predetermined amount of hours to be used for preparation, instruction, and consulting interaction with the employees. This position is assigned by hours to perform the customization of material to meet the client's needs, preparation for the class(es) and delivery of the training usually at the client site. Travel within the St. Louis Community College district is reimbursable under the guidelines of the STLCC board policy.
Master’s degree or equivalent plus 1 year of experience OR Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 3 years of experience OR Associate degree or equivalent plus 5 years of experience OR 7 years of experience.
Instructors will have experience delivering Training in areas of Lean Manufacturing, Leadership/Professional Development, Safety, Automated Controls, Industrial Maintenance and other business or technical training programs.
