The Talent Acquisition and Development (TAD) unit is seeking an innovative, self-directed and results oriented Organizational Development Consultant for this exciting opportunity.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing content expert consultation to leaders in managing and facilitating organizational change by introducing and implementing strategies and approaches to manage desired culture change; serving as a catalyst for knowledge sharing to break down silos and barriers that impede organizational effectiveness and growth; championing knowledge management to facilitate the transformation of knowledge into learning. You will operate at all levels of the organization, in environments where sensitive personnel and organizational issues are discussed and reviewed.
