Under the direction of the Senior Director of Talent Management & Organizational Development, the Talent Management Analyst will be responsible for managing human resources related projects, focusing on recruiting and hiring, professional development, staff retention, and project management. This person will coordinate efforts to fill open Development & Alumni Relations Division staff positions by collaborating on recruiting strategies, engaging in divisional and institutional marketing to potential applicants, and interviewing prospective candidates by phone and in person. In addition, this person will coordinate the division’s programs for professional development, employee engagement, job performance feedback, new staff onboarding, and internal communications.
